Abbey Smith

Abbey Smith graduated from Michigan State University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a focus on Public Relations. Previously, Smith worked as the Development and Special Events Coordinator at Whaley Children’s Center in Flint, Mich., where she successfully helped plan three record-breaking annual fundraisers for children who are survivors of severe abuse and neglect. While Smith enjoyed her position there, she decided to pursue her passion for news reporting.
