Katie Schroeder

Katie Schroeder is a HOMTV Reporting Intern from Macomb, Michigan. She transferred to Michigan State University from Macomb Community College in the fall of 2019. Katie is pursuing a bachelors degree in journalism with a minor in broadcasting. Katie worked with nonprofits in the Greater Lansing area as Michigan State University's Street Teams Coordinator. Additionally, Katie has experience with marketing and social media strategy. Her goal is to use her platform to make a positive impact on the world. Katie enjoys watching all Detroit sports teams, with an emphasis on the Lions, and hanging out by the water during summer.
