Haslett to Host Inaugural Coaches vs Cancer Game

HASLETT - Friday Feb. 1 the Haslett girls and boys basketball teams will face off against St. Johns in the inaugural Coaches vs Cancer Basketball Game.

The event which was organized by Mark Cotter and Head Girls Basketball Coach, Ross Baker, will aim to raise funds for medical experts and scientists who continue to try and find a cure.

Baker is a one year non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma survivor.

Both the girls and boys teams will wear special jerseys, each dedicated to a person in their life who has been affected by cancer.
