Meridian Motorfest Benefits Local Nonprofit Over Labor Day Weekend

OKEMOS, MI - High Caliber Karting and Entertainment hosted their Meridian Motorfest for the 3rd year in a row on Sunday, September 3.

The event was open to the public and sponsored by various organizations such as Driven Collision, General Agency Company Insurance, Discount Tire, MSUFCU, Sinas Dramis, and more. $12,000 dollars was raised at this year’s event, with the proceeds going towards Ele’s Place, who specialize in helping children and young adults who are grieving at the loss of loved ones.

“I feel wonderful to be able to have this for the 3rd year in a row, " said Jordan Munsters, President of High Caliber Karting. "It’s grown crazy this year and we’re excited to see it for many more years to come. It’s a group of people coming together and I want to say thank you to our sponsors and everyone in the community."
