OKEMOS, MICHIGAN - Okemos Community Church located at 4734 Okemos Road, will host a blood drive on Thursday, October 27, 2022, from 12:00 pm to 5:45 pm. This will be the church's first blood drive since COVID-19 first made impact. To donate blood, you must be 18 years old or older, and those that are the age of 17, must have a doctor's and parent/guardian's written consent.

There are no COVID restrictions, and all walk-ins are welcome. All are welcome to make an appointment by calling 1.800.733.2767 or going to RedCrossBlood.org and using the sponsor code, OkemosCC. During this time, Okemos Community Church will also be distributing soup and cookies. Currently, construction is affecting the area around Okemos Community Church. The next alternative route is to go through Marsh road to Hamilton road. The link below provides detour information.
