Meridian Township Residents Encouraged To Fill Out Online Engagement Survey

MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - 1,500 households received in the mail an access code for Meridian Township's Residential Engagement and Priority Study on July 28.

However, Neighborhoods and Economic Development Director Amber Clark said the survey is open to everyone through an online service.

"We wanted to make sure that the residents felt like, whether you were a part of the random sample or not, your voice could be heard on these very important topics," Clark said.

The main purpose of the survey is for the Township to receive feedback on residents for the quality and usefulness of Township services.

So how does taking the survey work?

If you received the study information in the mail, when completing the survey, put the Study ID Number at the top of the form.

If you did not receive information in the mail, enter you address in the township in the box instead.

Clark said the survey is the best way for the township to understand what residents want the future to look like.

"It's no more than 35 [questions]," Clark said. "It should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete."

The deadline for submission of the survey is August 24, 2021.
