Two New Police Officers Join the Meridian Township Police Department

MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - Jordan Kuhn and Travis Quimby are the newest additions to the Meridian Township Police Department.

Although Quimby could not attend, Kuhn was welcomed by the Meridian Township Board at their virtual Tuesday night meeting.

“Thank you so much for the opportunity to serve you all. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you out in the community, and I hope to do that soon,” said Kuhn at the meeting

Kuhn is from Midland, Michigan and graduated from Delta College with his Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and General Studies. He then received his Bachelor’s Degree in accounting at Northwood University. Kuhn also served six years for the United States Army Reserve as a Petroleum Supply Specialist.

Quimby graduated from Mercer University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Leadership. He also attended Lansing Community College and Columbus State University. For more than 16 years, Quimby served as a police officer and sergeant at police forces in Georgia.
