HASLETT - The new Biggby Coffee on the corner of Haslett and Marsh Road opened September 9th and will be celebrating its one week anniversary tomorrow.

The Tuesday before the grand opening there were free beverages to get staff prepared for opening day.

The grand opening was a success and Regional Director of Operations of Biggby Coffee, Chris Mowers said it was one of Biggby's strongest openings ever.

"When we had the opportunity to open a location in Haslett we expected it to be a strong store. We knew there was a demand in this area for another location and even with those expectations it has already exceeded what we were projecting," said Mowers.

Mowers also says that the community has been great and he's excited to have a Biggby in Haslett.

This Biggby is open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm and also features a drive thru that is open until midnight.
