Haslett High School Becomes Warming

MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - Meridian Township and Haslett Public Schools have set up Haslett High School as a designated warming center starting TODAY at 11:00 a.m. until further notice to help residents stay warm and safe from the harsh winter weather.

WARMING CENTER:
Haslett High School - Cafeteria (5450 Marsh Rd. Haslett, MI 48840)

• Bring personal belongings
• Bring blankets
• Power will be available to charge personally owned devices
• Pets are not allowed
• Snacks and water will be provided
• Tables and chairs will be provided

Other warming centers in Meridian Township include: Meridian Christian Church (2600 Bennett Rd. Okemos, MI 48864) until 6:00 p.m. Monday, December 23rd, Meijer in Okemos, and the Meridian Mall during normal business hours.

If you need assistance with your pet(s), please contact the Ingham County Animal Control at 517-676-8370. Residents can call 211 for other warming center locations or if non-emergency help is needed.
