There are opportunities for pubic comment at the beginning and end of every meeting, and there are various opportunities throughout the meetings to address specific concerns on topics the committees are discussing.

The Planning Commission meets twice a month on Mondays, the Township Board meets twice a month on Tuesdays, the Park Commission meets once a month on Tuesday, the Environmental Commission meets the first Wednesday of every month, and the Zoning Board of Appeals meets twice a month on Wednesdays.
