UPDATE:
EAST LANSING, MI - The MSU Alumni Club of Mid-Michigan hosted their 3rd summer program "Kids In The Kitchen". The program is for kids from 8 to 14 and is taught by Chef Mike Clyne, Head Chef, Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center.
This year, kids got to take cooking classes. The learned to make quesadillas, healthy appetizers, and various kinds of deserts. The classes held in the actual kitchen of Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center in East Lansing so kids had a chance to experience the real kitchen atmosphere.
Parents and guests attended a four-course dinner prepared and served by the kids at the the final class.
