• Mi Sushi & Noodles Grand Opened in November

EAST LANSING, MICH. - Mi Sushi & Noodles celebrated their grand opening on Friday, November 17th.

Mi Sushi & Noodles owner, Eddy Laing, has been a long time resident in East Lansing and looks to make a positive dining impact on Meridian Township and Michigan State University students.

"In the long run, I want to be able to maintain this as a family restaurant," said Liang. "And just keep making good food provided for this community. This is a simple goal for me."

Mi Sushi & Noodles offers fusion sushi dishes including sashimi, udon noodles and ramen. They combine traditional Japanese cuisine with Asian-style dishes to bring a cross-over cuisine to serve the local community.
