MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - Every time you throw a recyclable in the trash, you're actually polluting the environment. But by participating in Meridian's Regional Recycling Event, you can properly dispose of your materials and help create a greener community.

The event is held on Saturday, October 1st between 9am and 2pm at Chippewa Middle School, 4000 Okemos Rd, Okemos. Recycle your old materials from phones and TVs to clothing and books. For more information call Meridian Township Recycling at 517-853-4466.
