LANSING - A bill under discussion in Senate Committee would amend the Clean, Renewable and Efficient Energy Act passed in 2008.

"We're hoping to have this bill through the House and Senate and on the Governor's desk by the end of the year. That's our goal," Mike Nofs, State Senator for Michigan's 19th District said. "Right now, we need to hear the opinions of business owners and people that these changes would impact."
