MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - Last Thursday, The League Of Women Voters visited the Meridian Senior Center.

Beth Moore, co-president of the organization, spoke to Meridian seniors about the issues on the upcoming ballot. These presentation are often given at senior centers around the county to discuss any questions about voting or the issues at hand.

The topics discussed most thoroughly included the Wolf Hunt proposal and the Trails and Parks Millage.

The General Election will be held on November 4th, 2014, and residents of all ages are encouraged to participate.
