UPDATE: MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP -

ORIGINAL STORY: MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - This is in the first thirty seconds of the game, Stars can't clear it out of their zone and the Falcons get a second swat at it. That's number 12 Chantz Graham with the put-back rebound.

First shot of the game goes in,,Stars in a one-nothing hole.

Just a minute or so later, Eastside turns the puck over which is pushed ahead to Josh Koepplinger, who was involved in nearly every goal Freeland scored Saturday- this is his first of three. That made it two to nothing.

Still in the first, Eastside gets on the board via the power play. Peter Vlahakis somehow gets it by the goalie on a tough angle. Assist to Drew Martin, cutting the lead to one.

They went into the first intermission down three to one, but Freeland just exploded in the second period, tacking on seven more including this re-directed shot.

They called this one a mercy victory when the Falcons went up by eight. Final score was 10 to two after just two periods.
