Township Board Approves Mixed Use Planned Development Proposal

MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - At the August 8th Township Board Meeting, the Board approved approved a Mixed Use Planned Development proposal to construct a 2-story, 36,156 square ft multi-tenant office building at 2814 Eyde Parkway.

The Board also approved as special use permit request with conditions for this development.

Special use permits are required for constructing a building larger than 25 thousand square feet in gross floor area.

Speaking about the proposal, Township Treasurer Phil Deschaine said, "It's going to be a nice gathering space for the students of the back there in the Hannah Flats and it'll be a good community space."
